Bureau

The Bureau defines key priorities closely with the Secretariat and represents the organisation in high-level events.

General Assembly

The General Assembly meets twice a year and brings together all the ordinary and extraordinary members representatives.

Board of Directors

The Board defines and agrees on the strategies and actions undertaken by the association. It is responsible for administration and management of the association. It meets twice a year and is elected for a period of two years (renewable) by the General Assembly. The Board of Directors elects a President and two Vice-Presidents from its members, to serve for a term of two years.

Committees

Committees are set up to provide expertise and support the Secretariat in implementing the strategies defined by the Board. Each Committee is entitled to set up Working Groups or Task Forces dedicated to a specific subject of interest for the organisation.

Currently, Eurogypsum has 4 Committees:

1. Raw Material Committee

2. Environment and Sustainability Committee

3. Scientific and Technical Committee

4. Public Relations Committee
