Eurogypsum’s President is a representative of the Gypsum Industry of a country with ordinary member status. He is elected for a two-year term. The function of President rotates amongst full members.

Every two years a Congress is held featuring workshops on subjects of scientific, technical, environmental, societal or economic interest for the Gypsum Industry.

A Board of Directors consisting of full member representatives meets twice a year. In addition, there are three commissions, one for scientific and technical matters, one for environmental and raw materials matters and one for marketing and communications matters.

Eurogypsum is an Associate Member of CEPMC (Council of European Producers of Materials for Construction),

Eurogypsum is also a partner to the European Commission BUILD UP Initiative – Energy Solutions for better buildings.

Eurogypsum also represents its members at the Raw Materials Supply Experts Group (RSMG) convened by DG Enterprise of the European Commission and is a member of the NEEIP (Non-Energy Extractive Industry Panel) whose aim is to represent the specific interests of the non-energy mineral community to the EU Institutions.
